County Ordinance requires that each County body keep a record of its meetings. Though the record need not be verbatim, it must accurately reflect the agenda and the decisions made in the meetings.

Attached for the Subcommittee’s consideration is the draft Record of Action (Meeting Minutes) for the Committee’s July 23rd, 2025 meeting.

Staff recommends approving the Record of Action for the June 23rd, 2025 meeting of the Racial Justice Oversight Body Data Subcommittee, with any necessary corrections.
