RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by W. R. Forde Associates, Inc. for the Bay Point Trash Capture Installation Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. County Project No. 7517-6W7079, (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% Caltrans Grant Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of May 16, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
