TCAB will receive updates on the RFQ procurement process.
Referral History and Update:
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ #0038) closed on August 6, 2026.
Staff have begun the procurement review process consistent with County procurement requirements.
Staff will provide available updates regarding:
Procurement Milestones
- Questions & Answers published on BidNet on July 15, 2026.
- Proposal submission period closed on August 6, 2026.
- Five-member Review Panel confirmed
- Panel Orientation completed on August 5, 2026.
- Proposal Evaluation Period is August 7 - September 7, 2026.
- Review Panel is using the published evaluation rubric.
- Qualified vendors will be notified on September 8, 2026.
- Qualified vendors advance to Phase Two
- Lead Entity Bid (Phase Two) process begins on September 22, 2026.
- Interviews will be scheduled.
- Final recommendation proceeds through Equity Committee (November 2026) and Board of Supervisors (December 2026)
