RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution to ratify the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Fourth Street and Harris Avenue on October 12, 2023, through October 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of a sewer main pipe repair, Rodeo area. (District V)

BACKGROUND:
APB General Engineering shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
