RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Joseph Grupalo and DECLARE a vacancy in At-Large Seat 4 and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy.

BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator’s Office was notified of Joseph Grupalo’s resignation from the Measure X Community Advisory Board effective immediately on November 17, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If unapproved, the committee would not have an accurate roster of members and vacancies would not be posted.
