RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution No. 2025- accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Granite Rock Company for the Abandoned Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. County Project No. WH115A, (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of October 29, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid, and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
