APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Haley & Aldrich, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $190,000 to provide on-call professional stormwater quality services for a variety of the San Francisco Bay Region Municipal Regional Stormwater National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit (MRP) requirements for the period of April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028, Countywide.
