Information:

The applicant requests approval of a Variance for a 10-foot side yard setback (where 15 feet is required) to rebuild a portion of the existing garage and to allow an addition to an existing single-family residence. The project also includes a small lot design review for a roof change, from flat to pitched and an approximately 347-square-foot addition on a substandard lot.
