RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by W. R. Forde Associates, Inc. for the Saranap Trash Capture Installation Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Saranap area. County Project No. 7517-6W7080, (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% Caltrans Grant Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of December 16, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid, and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
