Referral History and Update:

At its last meeting on November 21, 2025, the Governing Board of the Green Empowerment Zone received an update on the launch of the website (greenempowermentzone.org) for the Green Empowerment Zone. Golden Shovel Agency (GSA) provides content creation tools with their services. They can provide quick website updates and assist in social media accounts for the GEZ. Also, the Governing Board members can publish their own personal work and host webinars on the website that will be available underneath their individual profiles (see attached). Since the last meeting, County staff have met with GSA to respond to Governing Board requests for updates to their website. They have also met with GSA to review draft set of social media posts and lead analytics information (see attached). To learn more about the GEZ visit GreenEmpowermentZone.org <http://greenempowermentzone.org> or find GEZ on LinkedIn <https://www.linkedin.com/company/green-empowerment-zone/> or Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/people/Green-Empowerment-Zone/61584772657654/>.

Also, on November 21, 2025, a feature ran on the San Francisco Business Times featuring the Green Empowerment Zone (see attached).
