ACCEPT the resignation of Shauna Polk (Leal- Markham), DECLARE a vacancy in the District 3 Seat on the Contra Costa Commission for Women & Girls for a term ending February 28, 2030, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Shauna Polk (Leal- Markham) notified the Commission and the District office of her resignation effective March 25, 2026.
