Report Title: Vacancy on the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council

RECOMMENDATIONS:
DECLARE a vacancy in the District I, Alternate 2 seat on the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council for a term ending on December 31, 2026 and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Gioia.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council provides input to the Board of Supervisors, the County Planning Commission, and the Zoning Administrator on land use issues and other concerns affecting the unincorporated community of El Sobrante
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The vacancy would not be declared and the seat would be unable to be filled in the future.
