Report Title: Vacancies on the Measure X Community Advisory Board

RECOMMENDATIONS:
REMOVE the following individuals from the At-large Seats 5 and 6 on the Measure X Community Advisory Board, DECLARE vacancies in the At-large Seats 5 and, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancies for a term ending on March 31, 2027: Omar Rascon and Gene Jackson.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Measure X Community Advisory Board was established by the Board of Supervisors on February 2, 2021 to advise the Board of Supervisors on the use of Measure X transactions and use tax funds. The MXCAB is comprised of 17 regular seats and 5 alternate seats, including ten (10) Supervisorial District Seats (2 per Supervisorial District), seven (7) At-Large Seats, and five (5) Supervisorial District Alternate Seats (1 per Supervisorial District).
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If unapproved, the committee would not have an accurate roster of members and vacancies would not be posted.
