Justin Cesarin: Personal injury claim related to automobile accident in the amount of $20,000,000.
Rose Mary Bolan-Cesarin: Personal injury claim related to automobile accident in the amount of $20,000,000.
Estate of Gabriel Gaspar (Jami Bruno): Personal injury claim for wrongful death in the amount of $10,000,000.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
