Proposed Scope of Work

The project primarily involves "refacing" existing station elements to meet current Shell MVI brand standards.

o                     Installation of non-illuminated logos on the North and East elevations.

o                     Upgrading canopy lighting as needed.

                     Freestanding Signage:

o                     Refacing two existing freestanding pricing signs.

o                     Replacing current pricing text with new LED-illuminated digits for fuel prices.

                     Under-Canopy and Site Details:

o                     Refacing fuel dispensers with new Shell branding (pump flags and dispenser flags).

o                     Painting site elements include bollards, columns, curbs, dispenser kick plates, and area lights to match the new color scheme.

o                     Installing new ADA column signs and column number "flags".

o                     Note: All existing "Rebel Wash" bollard signs are not allowed under current standards and are required to be removed as part of this project.
