RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPOINT Dena Acosta-Beere to the District IV Seat 1 on the Measure X Community Advisory Board for a term ending December 31, 2026.

BACKGROUND:
The Measure X Community Advisory Board was established by the Board of Supervisors on February 2, 2021 to advise the Board of Supervisors on the use of Measure X transactions and use tax funds. It consists of 22 members, composed of 15 Supervisorial District appointees (two Regular Seats and one Alternate Seat per Supervisorial District), and seven At-Large appointees.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat will remain vacant.
