RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE Budget Amendment No. BDA-26-00562 to transfer appropriations from Undesignated Capital, budget unit 0111 to budget unit 0080 for various facilities renewal/replacement/enhancement projects in the amount of $6,120,000.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% General Fund
BACKGROUND:
Funds in the amount of $6,120,000 have been allocated to budget unit 0111 for various projects that have not met the criteria for capitalization. These projects should therefore be funded by BU 0080 Minor Building Improvements.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Funding for projects will remain in Capital Projects budget unit 0111 and will not be consolidated with BU 0080 funding.
