No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works has reviewed the urban lot split minor subdivision MS24-00003 and has determined that all requirements for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
