Report Title: Purchase Order for Panoramic PAPro Application Software

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute on behalf of the Employment and Human Services Director, a purchase order and related agreement with Panoramic Software Corporation in an amount not to exceed $72,000 for the purchase of PAPro application software, subject to the terms and conditions of Panoramic's Software License Agreement and Software Maintenance Agreement, for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$72,000 (59% Federal, 35% State, 6% County), $24,000 of which is budgeted in FY24/25, $24,000 of which will be budgeted FY 25/26 and $24,000 of which will be budgeted in FY 26/27.
BACKGROUND:
The Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) seeks to renew services with Panoramic Software Corporation that will enable EHSD staff to reasonably locate next of kin and track clients, case status, creditors, court dates, events, assets, beneficiaries, inventory, and clients' financial transactions (receipts, payments, and journals). Panoramic Software Corporation's PAPro application software allows users to document that a diligent search was conducted. This purchase order includes a service agreement that includes an indemnification clause.
