RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting, for recording purposes only, an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for land use permit LP23-02006, for a project being developed by J.D. Framing Inc, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes along the Port Chicago Highway frontage is required per Condition of Approval No. 21.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded.
