Report Title: Contra Costa Health Plan Managed Care Commission Annual Report for 2025

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) Managed Care Commission (MCC) 2025 advisory body annual report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact for this action.
BACKGROUND:
On January 7, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2020/1, which requires that each advisory board, commission, or committee report annually to the Board on its activities, accomplishments, membership attendance, required training/certification, and proposed work plan or objectives for the following year. The attached report fulfills this requirement.
As of November 2022, the CCHP MCC has been inactive pending a triennial sunset review. The third phase of the triennial sunset review was submitted in November 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this action is not accepted, the CCHP MCC would not be in compliance with Resolution No. 2020/1.
