Report Title: Declare Vacancy on the Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC)

RECOMMENDATIONS:
DECLARE vacant Seat (B2) - American Heart Association Representative, on the Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC); and
DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by the Health Services Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact for this action.
BACKGROUND:
EMCC Member Shawni Goudarzi provided notification to the Committee staff support person stating she is resigning the B2 seat on the EMCC effective immediately because she can no longer commit to the meeting requirements.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Failure to declare this vacancy will delay making a new appointment to the seat.
