TCAB will review community-informed edits submitted via Google Docs for the Request for Qualifications (Lead Entity). Discussion will focus on the scope of services, eligibility requirements, organizational development criteria, and alignment with Ceres Feasibility Study recommendations.
Referral History and Update:
As outlined previously, TCAB is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on eligibility and selection criteria for the Implementation Lead Entity. Initial edits have been compiled through Suggesting Mode and comments in the shared RFQ document. Staff will facilitate a walk-through of major themes, outstanding questions, and proposed refinements.
