APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the Public Works Director, an amendment to a blanket purchase order with County Asphalt LLC, effective August 25, 2026, to increase the payment limit by $200,000 to a new payment limit of $1,250,000, with no change to the term, for the purchase of hot mix asphalt, Countywide. (100% Local Road Funds)
