RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPOINT the following individuals to the Treasury Oversight Committee to the seat and term listed below:

County Superintendent of Schools Representative: Daniela Parasidis, Deputy Superintendent of Business and Administrative Services, has been designated by Lynn Mackey, Superintendent of Schools, to serve on the Treasury Oversight Committee for the term May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2028 (Reappointment). Ms. Parasidis' address is on file.

County School and Community College Districts Representative: Julie Bautista, Chief Business Official of Acalanes Union High School District, has been nominated by Lynn Mackey, Superintendent of Schools, to serve for the term May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2028 (Reappointment). Ms. Bautista's address is on file.

Alternate County School and Community College Districts Representative: Glenn Pena, Director I, External Business Services, has been nominated by Lynn Mackey, Superintendent of Schools, to serve for the term May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2028 (Reappointment). Mr. Pena's address is on file.

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Supervisors established the Treasury Oversight Committee on November 14, 1995, pursuant to Chapter 5, Article 6 of the California Government Code. The purpose of the Treasury Oversight Committee is to review and monitor the County Treasurer's annual investment policy, and to ensure an annual audit is conducted to determine the County's compliance with Government Code ?? 27130-27137.

The Committee will be composed of seven statutory members and three alternates. The Committee members are in three different categories as follows:
