RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS18-00014, for a project being developed by Shelley Molineaux, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS18-00014 and has determined that all conditions for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
