RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Midstate Barrier, Inc. for the Briones Area Guardrail Upgrades, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Briones area. County Project No. 0662-6R4158, State project No. HSIPSL 5928(173), (Districts I, V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 40% State Highway Safety Improvement Program Funds, 60% Local Road Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of December 6, 2024.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
