APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a Temporary Entry Permit with the West County Wastewater District to use a portion of District-owned property on Tara Hills Drive in Pinole as an access route to perform maintenance work on the Lettia Road storm drain outfall area from August 11, 2026, through October 16, 2026. (No fiscal impact)
