RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Josh Davies, DECLARE a vacancy in the District IV Seat on the Iron Horse Corridor Advisory Committee for a term ending January 1, 2027, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
BACKGROUND:
The Iron Horse Corridor Advisory Committee was stablished to provide citizen input for a management program for the Iron Horse Corridor. In October of 2000 the Board expanded the Advisory Committee's role to include continued implementation and monitoring of certain elements of the Management Program.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat would not be declared vacant, which would hinder the ability to recruit to fill the position and could cause quorum issues for the body.
