Report Title:                     Accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD21-09588, for a project developed by Loreto Residential, LLC, Bay Point area.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD21-09588, for a project developed by Loreto Residential, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted as complete, and the warranty period will not begin.
