Report Title: Payment for Services Provided by The Indigo Project
?Recommendation of the County Administrator ? Recommendation of Board Committee

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller, or designee, to pay $44,617.50 to The Indigo Project, a corporation, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance with regard to the Behavioral Healthcare Infrastructure Project that exceeded the contract payment limit and was provided in good faith for the period April 1, 2024 through May 31, 2024.
