RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Parcel Map for minor subdivision MS25-00006, for a project being developed by Michael McGhee, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Rodeo area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS25-00006 and has determined that all conditions for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.

WHEREAS, the following documents were present for board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of minor subdivision MS25-00006, property located in the Rodeo area, Supervisorial District V, said map having been certified by the proper officials.
Said document was accompanied by:
Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 2026-2027 tax lien has been paid in full.
