RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD20-09545 and declaring the widening of Midhill Road as a County Road, for a project developed by Civic Heritage View, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted, the warranty period will not begin, and the widening of Midhill Road will not be accepted and declared a County Road.
