The TCAB will review and provide direction on the development of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for service providers within the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network. This item includes the formation and confirmation of Ad Hoc Committees to support focused input and recommendations on key components of the RFP.
Ad Hoc Committees will be structured to align with TCAB priority recommendations to key RFP sections, including:
• Qualifications, eligibility, and geographic focus
• Funding distribution and service categories
• Collaboration requirements and network design
These committees will support timely, detailed review and recommendations to inform RFP design prior to release.
Referral History and Update
Structured TCAB input into RFP development was previously identified as a TCAB responsibility through the Bylaws and implementation plan.
This item operationalizes that direction by establishing committee structure, roles, and assignments.
