?Recommendation of the County Administrator ? Recommendation of Board Committee

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County, Software and Services Agreement #23-622-2 with Quest Analytics, L.L.C., a limited liability company, including mutual indemnification, in an amount not to exceed $195,000, for mandated health plan mapping software for the Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP), for the period from October 31, 2024 through October 30, 2027.
