RECOMMENDATIONS:
DENY claims filed by Scott Aval, CWS Construction Group, Inc., Derek & Debra Frazier, Daronta T. Lewis, Mercury Insurance Company as Subrogee of John Rosalez, Melvin Rodriguez, Abdul Saleem, Hemsi Sandoval,
Pretika Poonam Singh, Subro Claims, Inc. o/b/o Geico Insurance-a subrogee of Daniel Hilsabeck, and Daniel Zaboy.

Scott Aval: Wrongful death claim related to auto accident in the amount of $50,000,000.
CWS Construction Group, Inc.: Claim for breach of construction contract in an amount to exceed $50,000.
Derek & Debra Frazier: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $2,320.52.
Daronta T. Lewis: Civil rights claim for unlawful detention in the amount of $9,000,000.
Mercury Insurance Company, a/s/o John Rosalez: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $3,756.43.
Melvin Rodriguez: Property claim for damage to vehicle in an amount to be determined.
Abdul Saleem: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $12,000.
Hemsi Sandoval: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $3,112.61.
Pretika Poonam Singh: Personal injury claim related to vehicle accident in the amount of $1,000,000.
