Sherry Ann White: Property claim for damage to dwelling in an undisclosed amount.
Avery Tidwell & RBJ, J: Request for the Board of Supervisors to accept a late claim.

No fiscal impact.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants time limits to file actions against the County.
