RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE Budget Amendment No. BDA-24-00236 authorizing the transfer of $7,072 from the County Administrator-Law & Justice Information Systems (0235) to Plant Acquisition (0111) for requested modifications to designated space at the 1026 Escobar Street Administration Building.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator-Law & Justice Information Systems Division is among the County Departments set to move into the new Administration Building at 1026 Escobar Street, Martinez. As part of the planning, some modifications need to be made to the designated office space to make it more useable for the Division’s needs. The requested action will transfer the budget appropriations to the designated capital account to pay for the costs of the modifications.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The action is needed to transfer the funds from the Department to the Capital Project account to pay for the costs of the requested space modifications.
