The Transitional Community Advisory Board (TCAB) will receive an update on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network Lead Entity. The update, presented in coordination with Supervisor leadership and the Equity Committee, will include key changes and timeline implications.
This update builds on TCAB’s prior review, input, and approval of the RFQ, and reflects ongoing efforts to ensure Equity Committee Vice Chair alignment with budget and selection processes and implementation readiness.
Referral History and Update
On March 9, 2026, TCAB reviewed and approved the RFQ for the Lead Entity and provided direction on outreach strategies to ensure broad awareness among Black-led, community-rooted organizations and networks across Contra Costa County.
