I. PROJECT SUMMARY
The applicant seeks approval to modify County File #CDSD06-09100 and CDDP06-03014 to update the 32 Townhome project's architecture and building technology. The proposed Vesting Tentative Map includes one additional unit (33 total parcels), and a similar site layout.
II. BACKGROUND
The project was first submitted as County File #CDSD22-09628 and CDDP22-03036 on September 8, 2022. The project was scheduled for a public hearing before the Zoning Administrator on November 18, 2024. On the November 18, 2024 Zoning Administrator hearing, the Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing to receive testimony from the applicant and neighbors. During the hearing, the Zoning Administrator continued the item as an open public hearing to the December 16, 2024, meeting in order to further consider the project.
III. CONCLUSION
Staff recommends that the Zoning Administrator APPROVE County file #CDLP23-02046 based on the attached findings and conditions of approval.
