RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements for road improvement agreement for development plan permit DP17-03045, for a project developed by Scannell Properties #304, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
