RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close all of Troy Court, on March 20, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of operating a crane for overhead service work, El Sobrante area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the location of the utility pole, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) has requested a road closure for Troy Court to operate a crane for the completion of their overhead service job taking place on private property. Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road to complete planned overhead utility work.
