DENY claims filed by CSAA for Ruben Cadabes; Eric James Chavez; Jose Luis Cortes; Derrick Cortez; Robert Dean Massey; Donna Miles; Tandanicka Nelson; Marshae Peter; and Luis Fernando Valderrama. DENY amended claim filed by Sarina Cruz.

BACKGROUND:

 

CSAA for Ruben Cadabes: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $9,267.26.

Eric James Chavez: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in an amount to exceed $35,000.

Jose Luis Cortes: Personal injury claim related to automobile accident in an amount to exceed $25,000.

Derrick Cortez: Personal injury claim related to bicycle accident in the amount of $5,000,000.

Robert Dean Massey: Personal injury claim related to automobile accident in an amount to exceed $35,000.

Donna Miles: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in an amount to exceed $1,000,000.

Tandanicka Nelson: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in an amount to exceed $35,000.

Marshae Peter: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.

Luis Fernando Valderrama: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $4,197.04.

Sarina Cruz: Amended personal injury claim for trip and fall in the amount of $100,000,000.
