TCAB will receive updates on the RFP procurement and outreach process.
Referral History and Update:
The Request for Proposals (RFP #255) for Rapid Response Service Providers was released on July 23, 2026. The solicitation sought community-based organizations to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, healing-centered services across six priority service areas serving Black/African American communities throughout Contra Costa County.
The procurement remained open through September 4, 2026.
