Report Title: Purchase Order - Zoho Corporation Manage Engine OpManager Plus Professional

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the County Librarian, a purchase order with Zoho Corporation in an amount not to exceed $4,600 for the renewal of ManageEngine OpManager Plus software subscription, for the period October 30, 2023, through October 29, 2024.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Library Fund.
BACKGROUND:
Library Department has and continues to use ManageEngine software provided by Zoho Corporation to manage networks, servers, applications, service desk, Active Directory, security, desktops, and mobile devices.
The Terms and Conditions of the purchase order include a Limitation of Liability and Indemnification provision approved by County Counsel.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If the Purchase Order is not approved, the Contra Costa County Library’s IT operations will not be able to function as they have been, and library services to patrons will be impacted.
