RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution No. 2023/ accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Chrisp Company for the Franklin Canyon Road Safety Improvements Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (County Project No. 0662-6R4156) (State Project No. HSIPDL 5928(161)) (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 92% State Highway Safety Improvement Program Funds and 8% Local Road Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of October 25, 2023.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
