RECOMMENDATIONS:

 

DENY claims filed by Allstate, a subrogee of Xiaodong Jin; Jermaine Cleveland; Stephanie Felix; Michael R. Grigsby; Alvin Lumanlan; Ron Naro; Joy Osgood; Ricardo Salinas; and Marlon Thomas. DENY late claim filed by Gerald B. Smith.

BACKGROUND:

 

Allstate as subrogee of Xiaodong Jin: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $4,103.07.

Jermaine Cleveland: Property claim for missing shoes in the amount of $235.96.

Stephanie Felix: Property claim for missing clothes and shoes in the amount of $100.

Michael R. Grigsby: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $5,743.

Alvin Lumanlan: Personal injury claim for injuries sustained in bicycle accident in an amount to exceed $46,768.13.

Ron Naro: Personal injury claim related to workplace fall in an amount to exceed $25,000.

Joy Osgood: Personal injury claim related to trip and fall in the amount of $55,000,000.

Ricardo Salinas: Property claim for missing cell phone in the amount of $150.

Marlon Thomas: Personal injury claim related to e-scooter accident in an amount to exceed $35,000.

 

Gerald B. Smith: Application to file late claim related to missing personal property.
