Receive updates regarding upcoming County consideration of the Service Provider RFP and Lead Entity RFQ recommendations, anticipated implementation milestones, and announcements from members and staff.
Referral History and Update
The November meeting represents a transition from solicitation development and procurement process evaluation toward County Board of Supervisors consideration of recommendations and planning for implementation.
Following TCAB discussion, staff anticipate advancing the procurement recommendations through the County's Equity Committee and Board of Supervisors approval processes.
Anticipated next steps include:
• November 23, 2026: Present award recommendations to Equity Committee for consideration to move to full Board of Supervisors for approval
• December 2026-January 2027: Present award recommendations to Board of Supervisors for consideration and approval.
• Jan - Feb 2027: Upon BOS approval of awards, enter contract negotiation and execution
• March 2027: Anticipated commencement of initial implementation activities, subject to contract execution
Staff will provide updates as available and identify opportunities for TCAB involvement as the Network moves toward implementation.
TCAB members and staff will also have an opportunity to share brief announcements relevant to the work of the Network.
