The horse boarding facility will utilize an existing 37,288 square foot covered agricultural stable and arena. There will be no development beyond establishing unpaved parking spaces (a total of 15 on-site parking spaces) is proposed at this time. The proposed hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the boarding facility. The business will have 1 full-time employee. The project includes a Variance request from the Off-Street Parking Ordinance requirements for: parking lot surfacing; striping, markings and signage; and landscaping. The project also includes an exception request from the collect and convey requirements in Chapter 914-2 of the County Subdivision Ordinance.
