The applicant requests a land use permit to establish a boutique small winery and olive oil mill with

tasting/on-site sales area within the current footprint of a 1440 sq.ft barn. No new buildings are

proposed. The applicant also requests a land use permit for new Alcoholic Beverage Sales Commercial

Activities for the winery. Twelve paved parking spaces are proposed. The application also requests

special events for up to 6 events annually with a maximum number of attendees limited to 125 persons

with off-site catering.
